1. About us
These Terms apply to the website cyprusmedicalcare.com and to the coordination services provided and registered in the Republic of Cyprus ("Cyprus Medical Care", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. What we do
We are a patient coordination and concierge service. At your request, we can:
Medical services are provided solely by independent licensed clinics and practitioners. Your agreement for treatment is directly between you and the clinic. The clinic is responsible for your medical care, its prices, consent procedures and medical records.
Cost estimates come from the clinic and may change after an in-person examination. Before any treatment, the clinic will ask you to sign its own consent and agreement documents.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
[Option A — fixed fee] Our initial call is free. If you decide to go ahead, we charge a coordination fee of 200 euro, which we will confirm in writing before you commit.
[Option B — clinic commission] Our services are free for you. We may receive a referral fee from partner clinics or providers. This does not increase the price you pay the clinic, and we will tell you on request whether we receive a fee for a particular booking.
No payment is due to us until you have confirmed in writing that you wish to proceed.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel our coordination service at any time by emailing us. [Our coordination fee is refundable in full if you cancel within 14 days of paying and before we have started work at your express request; after work has started, we refund the fee minus the value of the work already done.]
Cancellations and refunds for medical treatment, accommodation and transport are governed by the terms of the clinic or provider concerned.
8. Liability
We carry out our coordination services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, medical decisions or services of independent clinics, doctors, hotels, airlines or other providers.
Our total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the coordination fees you have paid us.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Medical emergencies
We are not an emergency service. In a medical emergency in Cyprus, call 112.
10. Website content

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you confirm our services applies to that booking.

We are a patient coordination and concierge service. At your request, we can:
- help you find licensed private clinics and doctors in Cyprus that match your request
- forward your medical documents to the clinics you choose, with your consent
- pass on the clinic's proposal and cost estimate to you
- help schedule clinic appointments
- suggest accommodation options, and help arrange airport transfers and interpreters
- act as your point of contact during your stay
- We are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or second opinions. Our coordinators are not medical professionals acting in that capacity.
- We do not choose your treatment. All medical decisions are made by you together with your doctor.
- We are not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not sell travel packages. Accommodation, flights and other travel services are booked in your name directly with the providers, or through a licensed travel agency, under their own terms.
- We do not guarantee medical outcomes, the availability of a particular doctor, appointment dates or final treatment prices.

- give us accurate and complete information
- make sure you have a valid passport, any required visa and suitable travel and health insurance
- follow your doctor's advice on whether you are fit to travel
- pay clinics and other providers directly under their terms, unless agreed otherwise in writing
- tell us promptly about any change to your plans
