If you'd like to share medical documents, we'll first explain how we handle them and ask for your consent.

Clinic & Specialist Matching

Based on what you share, we look for licensed clinics and doctors in Cyprus who work with cases like yours.
With your consent, we:
• share your request and documents with relevant specialists
• ask them for possible diagnostic or treatment options
• collect their proposals and cost estimates
You receive clear options from the doctors and choose what feels right for you.

Communication with the Doctor

After a specialist is selected, an online meeting with the doctor may be arranged so you can discuss your case directly.

Please note:
Initial communication with a doctor is conducted as a formal medical consultation and is provided under the terms of the doctor or clinic. Any consultation fee is set by the clinic, and we tell you about it in advance.
We always inform you in advance about the format and details, so you can make a calm and informed decision.
Medical decisions are made directly between you and the doctor.
Our role is to assist with coordination and communication.

Travel and Stay in Cyprus

If you decide to travel to Cyprus, we help with the practical side.
Upon request, we assist with:
• choosing accommodation
• airport transfers
• transport to and from clinic appointments
• interpreters, if needed
Bookings are made in your name directly with the providers.
Many doctors in Cyprus speak English, and we arrange an interpreter if you prefer your own language.

Additional Requests

Some clients come back to Cyprus, or decide to stay longer.
If you need help beyond your medical trip, we can:
• recommend trusted local professionals, such as real-estate agents, lawyers or schools
• introduce you to them directly
• share practical local tips, with no pressure or obligation
Any services are provided by those professionals directly, and only upon your request.
